D1 Development of Circular Economy indicators at national scale and for key economic sectors and value chains:
This action aims at providing the necessary indicators for monitoring the implementation of the National Circular Economy Strategy, and particularly aims at the development of an Observatory for Circular Economy to continuously monitor policy processes and their outcome in terms of transforming the dominant linear production and consumption paradigm to a circular economy.
D2 Monitoring of Circular Economy Indicators at national level and for key economic sectors and value chains:
This action is a follow-up of Action D1 and will focus on the application of the methodologies and indicators established in the project, to effectively monitor how circular economy tools and principles propagate in the Greek economy and provide the relevant feedback to policy makers, through benchmarking with other EU countries.
D3 Monitoring the impact of the pilot and demonstration project actions:
This action aims to monitor and assess the performance of the pilot and demonstration actions and how the strategies for their replication and transfer are being applied.
D4 Socio-economic impact assessment:
This action focuses on monitoring the socio-economic impact of the project’s actions in the local economy and population. For this purpose, an appropriate system of indicators will be implemented, which will be designed along with its methodology during this action.
D5 Environmental impact assessment, including assessment of enhancement of ecosystem services:
The action is dedicated to the monitoring of the environmental impact of the pilot actions using quantitative and qualitative indicators that address multiple categories, such as air pollution reduction, GHG emissions reduction, Renewable energy use, Impacts on the marine environment and Impacts on surface/groundwater quality.
